Now Ross for your personal edification I tell you now
I currently stand 6 foot 3 and 1/2 inches tall at 226
pounds.
Thus I currently fit somewhat snuggly into the cordoroy
dress jeans I brought down to Florida in 1970.
Why have I kept them?
They are dress cordoroys in excellent condition
and I hate tossing good stuff I bought with my own money
out unless it's broken or worn out.

So when I had my stroke I dropped just a bit of weight to hang around
to keep you company as otherwise I feared my health might suffer
and I might have to leave you all alone.
I couldn't allow that to happen now could I?

So I dropped 42 pounds in the time between mid June of last year
when I had my stroke and the present.

As I currently live the high life as a crippled and stroked
out former biker on a federal court appointed 7,400 SSDI a year I spent
well under 50 dolars on food last month.

Next month I've a debt I promised to pay so it's
going to be beans, rice, carrots' split peas in the  
pressure cooker for the entire month at some 20 dollars
total so I anticipate losing another 10 to 15 pounds.

Now in 1997 When I tossed cynthia out the day I caught her doing crack
cocaine I weighded in at precisely 204 pounds and that is my next
target goal.

See Ross if you've lost ALL of two lumbar spinal discs and most of another
it profits one to lose weight so you can support the trunk
and torso with your abdominal muscles thus reducing the intolerable pain
just a little.
You do see that don't you Ross?

Add to this the inadvisability of drinking alcoholic beverages after have a
stroke and subsequent intermittent partial blindness, the feeling one's
skin is on fire, the top two thirds of your skull is being peepled off,
your hearing becomes hypersensitive to sound as are your eyes
to light to the point a street light blazing in through close d blinds
last night caused me to fashionm a headband but to wear over my eyes
to block all light.
Beginning to get the idea?
But it's certainly not serious enough for a Suzuki - Yamaha biker to 
seek medical attention.
