Open source is a better word. (maybe you mean openoffice.org instead of staroffice). 

I heard China got access to the Microshaft Windows sourcecode, maybe they
would change their oppinion. (i don't hope so)

BTW yesterday i saw a movie called "The net", one of the points
is, "don't use closed source software".. I don't guess it's the
original, but after thinking about it, i saw that point.
