Myself as well.  I think this is one of the most elegant solutions 
I've seen yet to what is a very thorny question.  As long as it's not 
a buck per work registered  I have no problem with it.

Personally I'd like to see it put back to where it was originally:  
Copyright goes to the natural human creator ONLY. Corporations can't 
own them.  Life of the author plus 20 years seems reasonable to me, 
but when you get a corporation, theoretically immortal, into the 
equation, it all goes to hell.

(Of course I'm also in favor of stripping out that fraudulently 
created "corporate person" concept anyway, so take it for what it's 
worth....)
