Simple, short messages, directly to the point.
If evasion is used to avoid discussing the topic,

Of the $350 million in aid this country pledged to help tsunami victims,
only $191 million has been paid.  That is, according to the State Dept.
The United Nations says only about a third of what has been pledged has
been paid.  As for what is what, do your own math.
