Unfortunately, a "two month" contract went 2.5 years and has kept
me out of max for a bit.... There were some others working it, but not
much for about a year or so till a recent attemp to compile on a Windows
based system....

 RdL> - Do file upload/downloads work?

RdL> - Has anyone successfully run DOS doors using dosemu?
RdL> Are there any tutorials on that somewhere? I'm curious
RdL> what the dropfiles will look like.
RdL> - Is ANSI working correctly? Back when I tried it, I
RdL> think there were problems with color and characters?

Give the Linux version a try and see what is and what isn't fixed.... I
know some of the items were fixed.

RdL> Basically if it's pretty usable now, I might give it
RdL> another try. I run 2 nodes on Windows XP. When two
RdL> people are one at the same time it gets a bit
RdL> sluggish. I'm hoping things will be a bit smoother on
RdL> linux. However if I can't get it working as good as I
RdL> have it running on Windows then I'll probably wait a
 RdL> bit longer.

I'd keep your current version running and see what the current code does
under Linux. I don't think anyone has been interested in getting the DOS
doors running under dosemu.....

Take care.....
