Deadline for the opening of ZONE 2 Moderator position is June 15, 2003!

we could have a two person run off!!!!

Now ya ask "What time zone am I considering (Oklahoma or Moscow)?

Answer:   We would assume 23:59 Hours (11:59PM) on June 15, 2003 being the
last minute that would finish the nominations and acceptances.  but the
argument would be which time zone?  Oklahoma cause well, I live there,, or
Moscow cause its where the half of the echo name is and we're looking for a
Zone 2 Moderator!   well,, to end all arguments and some beliefs, (No known
rules within echo rules to abide except Moderator discretion and great wisdom)
June 15, 2003 at 23:59 hours (11:59PM) occurs 24 times, once per timezone. the
last time before the dateline in the Pacific ocean.   allowing for 3 days
after for snail mail transportation of wonderful netmail and echo mail to
reach me.  the 18th of June of the year 2003 I will announce. so, all netmails
and echomail posted dated June 15, 2003 or before, recieved by me on the 18th
of June of 2003!   also allows me to harrass my hub about his modem problems!
