Install phone lines for veterans who are amputees.
Just like before.

PLUS, help them restore some sense of self esteem by teaching them
about Linux, Linux MultiMedia for entertainment purposes.

In the case of the mobility challenged there are X-10 modules
that work with FREE Linux software for controlling them.

PLUS, configuring Linux FREE text to speech software like
I myself will be downloading.

PLUS Linux Braille software that I will also be downloading 
for myself.

Just in the event I lose my already troubled eyesight
damaged by the stroke I suffered last June. 

There are lots of more amputees and disabled since the Iraq war
