I am using Quicken 4 now and have tried to install Quicken 5 with 
poor results. The problem is that it goofs up my Modem and I can have as 
many as 20 CRC's in a two minuet down load. Once I remove Quicken 5, no 
more CRC.
   I use Procomm Plus for Windows and when I first installed it I had 
the same trouble and after calls to PPI (modem) and DataStorm they said 
it wasn't there product. A Datastorm Tec had me rename FAXSTAT.EXE to 
FAX.OLD and no more CRC's. No FAX now.
   If some one had an answer to this I sure would be happy.
