G'day Bill Barnes, In a message on , you said :

If you have ever received NetMail with your Offline reader you would have
seen in the top left hand corner of the TEXT window a little message
stating where the message came from.
for example :-
------------------------------------
From: 3:640/532 (or whatever Fido address the message originated from).
All that is required to send NetMail from most OffLine Reader's is to place
in exactly that same place (the top left side of your text) the following
:-
To: 3:640/532 (find the correct fido number of the BBS or node your
message is to go to)
This is in addition to the normal to (name) address and subject entry.
Also dont forget to select the netmail area to place your message.
Your NetMail message will then be packed up with your other QWk
replies/messages for uploading at your convenience.
