Hello All!

Setting Maximus up with the msgareas special permissions!
Can I in Maximus do it by setting permissions for nodes so that some
nodes/users can see some echoes and read and write in them both as special
user ad by qwk.
Done so if a node in linuxnet stn pascal-net justaXnet can see the echos
and have permission to bot read and write in those echoes.

So it is done so the other echoes there not is fidonet echoes is hide and
have only showing and permission if a user is a node in this nets.
