No, I think this is more like a fresh install after every reboot. Good way
to go for public computers, that way after I use one to hack the world I
can just reboot it to remove all evidence. 

That's what they do at Kent state except its accomplished via a rollback
feature of some sort. I found it incredibly handy because I could get to
class early, do whatever I wanted on or to the computer, then reboot when
the teach walked in and I was ready to begin class.

They have (since then) eliminated webmail, I suspect because I was having
way too much fun telling everyone what their passwords were. 
webmail with clear text password passing, what a joke..
