That being said, Mamabird, I believe that all the veterinarians
I've dealt with have been superior diagnosticians to all the
medical doctors whom I've consulted.

And in an emergency I would trust my veterinarian to treat me,
but under no circumstances would I trust my medical doctor to
treat my animals.
