Wayne you know better than to believe that load of BS.

In the sig line of every Fido message I write, is a Web url for people to
sign up to use Fidonet, via their newsreader, using my jamnntpd server {at}
1:123/789. I require authentification, so that not every Tom, Dick and
Harry can post to that Fido message base. I require them to select a logon
name, a password and provide their real name, I then take that info and
plug it into the servers users file and give them access to various echoes
(sysop or non-sysop etc).

Its a simple web form that emails to me their selected input options,
everything I got from him was what he typed in.. Its the same web form used
by Bjorn Felten for his server, you know Bjorn.

Oh and his lock up, he runs Windows 98, what do you expect?
