"MOSCOW_OKLAHOMA" Fido-Net Echo is looking a person or person(s)
within ZONE 2
who would like to be "Zone 2 Moderator".

If one person is interested within the zone,  we're give them the title.
and they will become responsible to find a co-moderator!

if two person(s) is interested within the zone, then decision who becomes
Moderator and who becomes Co-Moderator!

If three or more person(s), then an election with in ZOne 2 takes place!

Qualifications:

 1.  Being able to promote "Moscow_Oklahoma" within Zone 2 of Fido Net!

 2.  Knowing the current policies of Fido-Net.

 3.  Knowing the current Policies\rules of "Moscow_Oklahoma" echo!
