Possibly not however the use of ground attack aircraft in the manner which
the Germans worked out in the Spanish Civil war was simply not something
they had worked on/developed.
Partly it has to be said because they didn't have to. i.e. Germany was
aiming at taking on 1st rate powers not a crumbling mass like China.
