Hi David,
DP> It's April and you're still on FIDOnet! Cool!
His 386/sx20 that's housing the BBS is (supposedly) going up for sale in 2.5
weeks (that's after he comes back from vacation). Den & I have already
started conversing via the inet. Unfortunately, last week when I upgraded
my hard drive, I lost your address (and all the others - thought I backed
everything up, but alas, I overlooked one file that had my Inet addresses)
in the switch over. Wanna pass it on again please?? Thanks!

AN> Just in case you're curious, since I bought the Developer's Edition of
AN> Office 97, I decided I may was well upgrade to VB5 as well - I ordered
DP> So.....does this mean they your upgrade was via Visual Studio 97, or
DP> what? I'm interested in the package, but don't know anyone who has
DP> bought it yet.
No, no Visual Studio anything, although VP5 & VB5 are part of the suite.
(I ordered VB5 but don't expected it for at least another week). Maybe
I should get VC++5 as well and make my own mini Studio . I'm curious
as to how they integrate them all, or is it one big box containing a bunch
f
smaller boxes - a VFP 5 box and a VB5 box and a VC++5 box etc, etc etc.
To get into this area your going to have to enter that looooong ID number
that's in the "About" of the product, hopefully only once. I hit the site
the 1st day it was live but on the second day, they seemed to have lost
all the info cause I had to reenter my info again. The site was so busy
last night that I couldn't get in so I don't know if my info held.
Der ya go.
Take Care
