understanding of a  sexual provocation. For instance, every woman knows 
how to dress and how to behave when she wants her man be aroused.

Nevertheless punching on the face, violence, rioting are basic tools for 
evolution everywhere. You actually propose to give equal rights to all 
winds in the ocean. Majority always forms general line of behavior, 
moral norms, culture and all these propel the civilization. If you 
declare all the opinions equal, for the sake of the fucking political 
correctness chimera, it makes a Brownian motion and stagnation, as it is 
in a swamp.
