Software differences but mostly it is becuase the soft-CR uses the same
ascii ¨code as cyrillic uses for H. Watch as folks quote me and you'll see
most with ¨cyrillic code, add all sorts of H markers to my quoted
materials.
I don't consider this a big issue, but there have occasionally been people
who ¨get very 'upset' over it and demand I change BBS software or cease
posting. ¨Silly but yes, there you have it.
Telegard isnt the only software that does this, but it is a very popular one.
