Don't worry about that.  By common sense we delayed that election.  The new
FTSC coordinator will handle it.  We've slipped dates before (a bunch of them
when the person who announced it lived in Spain as i recall as I used to
netmail him a reminder).

Probably FEB or March but not my place to set it.
