All the modified code by Bo, and (I forget the other name I want to
mention) should be accessable from the Source Forge CVS archives.  The
updated code at that site is compilable on Linux based systems.  The
modifications haven't been tested back under OS/2, Win32 or DOS due to lack
of development enviornment and related support....  I believe we still have
some items that need fixing to get everything working under Linux.....
