The 'law' varies once you broach the international borders.  While a goodly
¨portion of the world has pretty much the same understanding, thats not
saying ¨it is universal.

Go to Hong Kong to see what is meant by that.  Software reburned and resold
in ¨the open.  The laws there support this for 'private use in Hong Kong'.
