ME> Since its running fine in local mode, it sounds like it might be
ME> FOSSIL related, yet its working fine here with either SyncFos or
ME> NetFoss. However the "Fatal error loading startup files"
could be an
ME> indication of it simply not finding one of the EleBBS files, such as
 ME> .RA.

ME> Have you tried them both NetFoss and SynchFos?

No, I have only tried SyncFoss. Should I try with NetFoss?

ME> Again, what does your type-7 command line look like?
 ME> ----------------------------------------------------------------------

 C:\ELE\SYNCFOSS\SYNCFOS.EXE C:\ELE\ C:\ELE\OFFLINE\OLMS.EXE *N *M /S=C:\ELE\

This is my command line (I don't remember what is "/S=C:\ELE\" for).

ME> You said you are running OLMS2001, but the log shows 2000 and I dont
ME> think Pete ever released a later version. My OLMS.EXE is dated October
 ME> 6 1998.

 There's a 2001 version from Pete, telnet://hidrasoft.dyndns.org (4:801/161)

ME> Did you ever set the %RA% environment variable? OLMS will not look
ME> for an %ELEBBS% environment variable.

Yes, or I think so. I think I have defined Ele and Ra environment
variables in Win XP. Anyway if I have not defined ra environment variable
then OLMS will not work in local mode ??? :-?

NOTE: Sorry for my bad English O:)
