No assertion was relayed.  It was the actual cps rate under Terminate
1.4 with the cps rate adjustment set to 0% under a Zmodem transfer on a
compressed file.  I called the Sysop of the BBS to confirm this and this
speed was confirmed.
Sheesh people.... some of you need to get a life.  I can't believe this
continual bickering over a simplistic reality.
