It'll create a filearea.ctl file for you to cut/paste into your current area 
(DO NOT TELL IT WHERE YOU'RE MAXIMUS DIRECTORY IS! ) and also copy all the 
various files.bbs/files.dir/etc into one directory so Maximus can create 
indexes on 'em...

This'll help a LOT! It mainly creates a filearea.ctl for your CDRom(s) which 
you can then import into your "real" filearea.ctl with cut/paste. :) I 
believe it'll even create filedivisions for you...ie CDROM1, etc...
