Sort of, but we have the option of "None of the above" too ... Voting is
electronic, real fast and the assigned polling-station is always nearby ...
 
There are elections where I didn't vote and never was bothered by anyone about
it.

I still would like to know who didn't vote in this FTSC Administrator election.
That would influence my willingness to promote such a person, or not, when
his/her mandate comes up.
 
In 8 days five of those mandates are expiring ...
