yep this was the main problem, amiga developpers had to make something
better so thay created a better compiler, remember Lattice C ? :-)

later there came SAS C, i now have both of them, Lattice C is not
compatibel with anything SAS C does, diffrent amiga.lib :/

the most powerfull in Lattice is diskloaded subprograms a future in blink
that imho newer got implemented in slink :/

remember PPage with used this for have all into one single amiga program to
make less use of ram :-)

yes i have ToolMaker a ide for all known c compiler to make gui for amiga
in a fast standard way whit could make arexx in into the gui without
thinking how to from the programmers point of view, locale was olso one of
the things it could help with, but i needed more info about locale to use
it :(

the developper support was not good at that time so i belive most
developpers gave up when commodore did more work on the pc end :/

the pc end was the most expendsive part commodore did, amiga DID give money !

only thing i have left from that time is my commodore developper number ETD022

 Regards Benny

... there can only be one way of life, and it works :)
