I am fairly new to MSWord (since March), having worked in a DOS environment
for 8 years. In fact, I use WordPerfect/DOS as my BlueWave/DOS editor
because I can't figure out how to get it to use Word (any suggestions?)
Anyway, my main question is about the Grammar Checker that comes with
MSWord 7.0 (for Win95). I have tried to use it about 6 times...5 of those
times, I got something called an "invalid page fault in module WINWORD.EXE"
with a whole bunch of numbers. As I said, it worked =once= (the 5th time).
I have tried reinstalling the Grammar Checker (after about the third
shutdown), but it apparently did nothing. It wouldn't be so bad if the
darned thing would just quit working, but it shuts down Word completely.
I learned from WordPerfect to save my document before a spell check, so I
didn't lose too much...just what I had changed via the grammar checker.
Still, it is very annoying. Anybody have any suggestions?
