Hello All!
I am currently undergoing a MULTITUDE of tests to confirm or rule out the
above. The left side of my face is now completely paralyzed. Does ANYONE know
ANYTHING about this disease? If so I would be MOST grateful for ANY info you
could supply. Even a point in the right direction would be MOST appreciated!
I'm located in Ontario Canada BTW if that makes a difference to the direction
I would be pointed to. Can it get worse? Can I regain the use of my
face? Can I play the piano, which would be a trick as I couldn't before.
I hope all will excuse my humour but it's how I am currently coping
with this. I'm only 40 and this has hit me pretty hard. I have enjoyed riding
a Harley since I was 16. I am now unable to ride due to my left eye drying
out in the wind as I can't blink. They tell me if I let it dry out too much
it could crack and I stand the chance of losing it. Any suggestions as to how
to deal with this?
To Moderator, this is the correct echo for this is it not? If not please let
me know and accept my apologies in advance. If it is, great, please ignore
the previous sentence.
Thanks in advance for ANY help offered or forth coming,
Cliff
