Back on the WINNT forum I was the guy who got all the printing questions,
so I kinda feel I understand at least the NT print system. Anyway when we
started using AIX it took me all of 10 minutes to figure out how to
configure printers and print queues and have them work perfectly with the
NT workstation attached printers.

It's not all that tough once you understand the basic functional layout of
the printing system. I found the AIX print system to be way simpler than
the NT system.
