i'll assume that's the latest alpha of 1.12...

i saw that... DB uses an older style of areafix parameters... as you saw,
they're included in the subject line... not all areafix tools recognize
them and are written to use the newer style where they are listed in the
message body with percent signs... i don't know which tosser introduced the
ones in the message body but i've used them since like forever... at least
since mud was created ;)

someone might want to post a feature request to mystic asking for this
older style of areafix be supported... that should at least lead to
stripping spaces off both ends of the password if they exist ;)
