If a tape is not inserted before a scheduled backup, we have to go to the
server console and tell it "Yes, continue", after logging in to the bindery 
as supervisor. Have you run into this, and if so, is there a workaround? This 
is one thing that Arcserve appears to do better than Backup Exec.
