The essence of the problem with extern evictions is that no matter what
time extern runs, it will favor some players over others. Largely because
of time zone differences, but also because of normal R/L things like work
schedules, and additionally the odd "emergency".

Midnight EST for me is my local midnight. For you, Brandi, it is a local
9.00 pm. For OZ and NZ players, probably somewhere during the daytime
working hours. Hawaii a peachy 7.00 pm local. Dr Who, 5.00 am local. I
don't see that as an even field for 2 months. I never have, and have been
so posting for years. Dr. Bad has also so posted more than once.

You change the edits too much and it stops being the uso... at that point, 
you might as well call it Hardcoded's Tourney for Pussies' who can't make 
extern.... it's harsh yes, but everyone is always asking for high level 
competitive games.. softening the edits takes away from that as well takes 
the game to a lower level of play and commitment...

My vote is to leave extern alone.. everyone has real life issues, crisis's 
etc.. it's an edit that doesn't really favor anyone and makes the game unique
