Carbon copying the same message multiple times in the open echo is out of line.

A better option would be to post it to All and then perhaps include the
names of those you wish to address within the intro portion of the message
body.

Accusing someone of a crime, isnt spelled out in the rules.

Demanding all echo denizens to condemn a person for using an extremely
