Lets give everyone a lvl 4, 5 mill creds, unlimited time, unlimited fed
parking too.  Lets see if we can make a 2 month tourney feel like 6-8
months....

People are getting annoyed that tourneys last so long.  They loose thier
life etc.  What else are we going to change about Tourneys that make them
all the same instead of being different?  USO's fed parking limit is part
of what makes it unique.  HHT is known for the interesting edits.  BOTE is
known as the servers tourney ( Servers get invited...) WTC was no rules (
well....kinda) 

Lets make all tourneys the same, with just a different name.  How much the
same do we want Tourneys to become.....

You change the edits too much and it stops being the uso... at that point, 
you might as well call it Hardcoded's Tourney for Pussies' who can't make 
extern.... it's harsh yes, but everyone is always asking for high level 
competitive games.. softening the edits takes away from that as well takes 
the game to a lower level of play and commitment...

My vote is to leave extern alone.. everyone has real life issues, crisis's 
etc.. it's an edit that doesn't really favor anyone and makes the game unique
