I've recently discovered we have at least three of them here in NC
(Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Charlotte).  I've seen two of them
(just saw the one in Greensboro yesterday) and while they weren't
anywhere close to the horrific Animal Kingdom (still can't get through
to anybody to check up on progress ) they aren't exactly
wonderful either.  G'boro's had a couple suns and nandays, lovebirds
and 'tiels, along with the usual budgies, all supposedly "hand-tame"
but in reality terrified of all the human monsters walking around; a
rather poor selection of feeding supplies , and
a selection of rather un-safe looking toys .  I will say, however, that the animals I
saw "appeared" to be in relatively good health.
