Still effects from stroke Phil.
Lost 44 pounds and am now in waist 34 jeans.

January 5th of this year I weighed 266 as measure by both the Toledo 
scale at Publix and my therapists offfice Lois Corwin.

Weight loss is a manifestation of bipolar disorder.
But it was not that but my paying my bills first before the groceries
as I do not accept food stamps though eligible for same.

It's a lot out of my 723 a month to live on lakefront spacious apartment
without
subsidy you know?
