You are making stuff up again, Bob.  I never said "there was nothing
saying he was conducting operations."  I pointed out where you
dishonestly misrepresented a news report by claiming that IT SAID he was
conducting operations when in fact THAT REPORT said no such thing.

And I did not say that he was released to conduct operations.  I pointed
out that there were news reports indicating that he had been released
from house arrest.  There were also earlier reports citing unnamed
Western intelligence sources saying that he was not even under house
arrest and was free to move around in 2005.  The 2006 stories further
indicated that Iran was making use of his services to prepare terrorist
cells.  If you are trying to say something, try harder.  Nothing is
coming out.
