Happy New Year John!
Maybe we should ask cellular carriers to come up with a new
airtime plan: The family plan or Family plot.
Here is one idea how it could work:
You get offered an airtime plan with a lot of nice featues and a
respectable rate on airtime.
You can have up to oh say 10 phones sharing in the plan.  Each
has its own number, esn and is considered a properly activated
phone on the network.  All can roam.
The billed customer gets a detailed billing broken down by phone
number and if desired, within  account code.
I just spoke with Bell Mobility Cellular and the customer service
rep and I both cussed out their rate plans!
... ARRRRRGGGHHH!!!! ... Tension breaker, had to be done.
