I'm NOT saying that what I am about to mention in this message
will definitely happen...but it is what I will call "a prophetic
possibility". Only God Himself knows whether or not "the prophetic
possibility" will become "the rapture reality".

  However, in light with recent developments in the world...such as
the recent war between Israel and Lebanon...and the comments from
the Pope (head of the Roman Catholic Church) that have angered the
worlds Muslims...among other things...there is a chance that the last
series of prophetic events may begin with the Jewish New Year, or
The Feast Of Trumpets, which for 2006, is this Friday, Sep. 22.

  The next event on the Bible Prophecy calendar is what is known
as "The Rapture Of The Church". The word "rapture" is
not actually
in the Bible; but is taken from the Latin word "rapere", which means
to "snatch away or take out by force".

  Basically, what the Bible says about the rapture, is that all of
those who have truly accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour,
ever since the day of Pentecost (as described in the second chapter
of the book of Acts)...will vanish from Earth "in the twinkling of
an eye" at a day and hour that is not given in Scripture.

  In short, God has set a "Divine Quota" of how many people will
actually accept His Only Begotten Son as their Lord and Saviour...
the count began on the Day Of Pentecost. When this "quota" is
finally reached, the "Church Age" will abruptly end, without
warning.

  At that point, Heaven and Earth will be rocked by a loud noise
(literally, a shout of command from Jesus Christ, ordering the
resurrection of the dead, and the translation of the living).
The trumpet of God will sound...referred to as "the last trump" in
First Corinthians 15. This doesn't mean that "no more trumpets will
sound"...but instead that "the last series of prophetic events before
the Second Coming Of Christ to Earth have finally been set in motion".

  After the trumpet of God sounds, the "dead in Christ" (those who
have long since died, but they accepted Christ as their Saviour
while they were alive) will burst forth from their graves, in their
new resurrection bodies...which will never see disease, death, or
decay again. Then, those who are alive who have accepted Christ
as their Saviour, will receive their new resurrection bodies, as
the dead in Christ did a split second before them...and both groups
will rise up into the air to personally meet The Lord Jesus Christ
in the air above the Earth. The Rapture itself will occur so quickly...
in a flash of time so fast that it can't be divided...faster than one
can blink their eyes!!

  For many years, Bible Prophecy students have speculated that
"The Feast Of Trumpets" (the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashana) will
coincide with "the last trumpet of the rapture". Whether this
will actually occur this year remains to be seen at this typing
(Sep. 18). However, if it does, the sudden disappearance of such
a large number of people from the Earth will cause havoc and
chaos...such as the collapse of financial markets, a myriad of
vehicular wrecks where their drivers suddenly vanished, as well
as numerous damaged tombstones at cemeteries...among many other
things. Even BBS Sysops and website operators who have also
accepted Christ as their Lord and Saviour will be among the
"missing", where their systems and websites will become
"unmanned".

  After the Rapture, the greatest time of trouble and evil that
the world has ever seen will begin, and last for 7 years. Then
it will culminate at the personal return of Jesus Christ to Earth,
with all the Heavenly Host to destroy His enemies...and reign and
rule with Him for 1000 years of peace.

  During those 7 years, people will have to take "the mark of the
beast" (Revelation 13:18), or be cut off from economic survival,
and risk beheading. Twenty-one Divine Plagues will blast the
Earth...and its inhabitans...for rejection of The True Saviour.
The man who will appear to be "the saviour of the world" will
actually be the Antichrist...the most evil man that the world
will have ever known.

  So, the choice is yours. If the believers on Jesus Christ, and
not just in Him are wrong, we won't lose much when we die. But, if
you believe all this is a joke, that's your choice...and I ask that
you rethink your view. Because once the "domino of the rapture" falls,
the rest of the prophetic dominoes will fall in rapid succession, and
nothing will be able to stop them from doing so.
