I passed your question to our NT expert. He wrote:
He has to setup remote networking.
The easiest way to do this is to goto the "My Computer" icon, and select
Remote Networking. Then, if there is nothing in it, it'll bring up an
installation wizzard to install all the necessary services. Including the
RAS configuration (which binds a modem to a Remote networking port).
It shouldn't take more then about 10 minutes.
