| subject: | CC Problem - CC to `All` |

MSGED always used to behave as above for any message addressing, so that messages for Alan Smith would be addressed to Al Smith. I was so familiar with this behavior that I have a series of aliases defined to work around it. I just tried to duplicate it, however, and MSGED now looks for an exact match; I can correctly address messages to Al, Alan, and Alwyn Smith. BUT! if I try to address a message to Bill Becker at 1:320/209, it will pull up 1:141/223 which is the address of B Becker.
