I am having a problem getting my system to access the internet. I'd
appreciate any help that you might be able to give me.
The system is a 233Mhz Pentium with 64M memory running Windows NT 4.0. It is
on a small peer-to-peer network (one other system) for file and printer
sharing, using NetBEUI protocol.
I also have TCP/IP installed, but have been unable to bind it to the modem, a
USR 33.6 Sportster. Netscape will not recognize any connection at all. The
intenet option on the control panel only gives me the option of installing a
proxie or not. I think that I may have improperly set up TCP/IP. Any
suggestions that you may have will be welcome.
I'll be glad to send you any config info I have. Since this is only loosely
connected to LANs, I'll also be willing to move it to NetMail.
Thanks in advance.
