Ok....  I'm going to have to dig out some real old info about my initial
install....

Ok....  I won't have time till after the weekend to even look at this.  :(

From memory, I recall two items that had to be picked up.  One piece was
the standard GNU licensed stuff.  The second may have been
"freely" available, but not under GNU license, and not in the
source forge archive.....  But that may have been a temporary thing, or
just access to *old* documentation that hadn't been worked in yet....
