Hi all, (just my 2 cents) Either way, if she wants a driver's license, she needs a photo. For her protection as much as anyone's -- anybody could thow on a veil & pass for her & use her driver's license to cash checks, steal stuff, minors buying booze, or whateve th the DMV on this one.
