Yes.  That is why I hunted forthe old FAQ I wrote on how to teach a *C on it. 
That FAQ is no longer on the FTSC site.  It went away sometime between Scott
Little and MVDL.  The situation has changed so it would need editing anyways.

What it was, was a set of 'preferred listing types' that matched mailers of the
time.
