To preempt any whining, note that you asked what the community thinks... so here it is... I like the first, second and third week parking, confused on the fourth... i like the no free parking after 30 days.. and I agree with reasons 1,2 and 3 ... think 4 is a bit odd as if you think about it, reason 4 could apply during any day or week of the game.
