Hi Bob, as you were just saying about Re: Home Security....

Thank you. I went through a lot of weaponry to arrive at that
combination. The one I miss the most was a Sig 229. It just didn't
fit my hand correctly. Actually, neither does the Glock unless I put
a Handall slip-on over it. Makes it fatter but it does feel better.
Both the Kahrs and SP-101 with a Hogue grip feel extremely pleasant and
point naturally. I am very big on believing that the gun must feel good
to you for it to reward you with its best work.
I am debating whether to put an aftermarket barrel from Bar-Sto,
Jarvis or Wilson in my Glock in .357 Sig. That should give me a fully
supported barrel, a better feeding cartridge and almost 4" barrel .357
power. Any opinions on that?
I am also looking at .44 Special in a snub like a Charter Arms, Rossi
720 or the new Taurus. There is something to be said for a big, heavy
bullet in something other than a semi-auto of the 1911 class. :^)
