-> Labs are too goofy for that. If I grabbed their front teeth, and commanded
-> "anything", they'd roll over on the floor (probably
laughing)
Actually I realized later I now just request he open "open please"
and he complies.
I think he's figured out it reduces the pain from arthritis.

Mot quite as long as a Lab but being the Staffordshire Pit it's
fairly long.
-> Anyway, glad spanky likes taking his pills
Wouldn't say likes but there's mutual trust and thus it's a snap.

-> That's a shame.. So far no one has bitten my guys, and they haven't bitten
-> anyone either .. well, they have "bird-fetching
teeth", not the
-> ripping/tearing type like some other breeds.
The last two were the worst.
The last a 100 pount American Pit all but killed Spanky picking him up
like a cloth toy and tearing him up rather badly.
Not bearing to see him die before my eyes I annoyed the Pit
by rubbing it's jaws until it struck my hand.
This happened June 28th 2004, I regained the use of my hand in the
first weeks
of December.
Dog was a mess but healed mostly in a month.
Oddly he didn't change his temperment at all during or after the attack
as I continued his walk.
Animal control report was filed but nothing was done :-(
