heh, As an overall entertainment value the movie was good. But in terms of staying true to the story. It sucked. this is singly the #1 reason why i dont watch movies if I have already read the book. Except for LOT1, sure there was alot that was left out in LOT1, but they didn't deviate from the damn story. I could writing a friggin story on this but i wont bore you all, i'll get a chance to pick it apart with some friends that watched it, later tonight. >From a message by Didaskalos about Re:two towers: > I saw that they actually animated golom 100%, but they used an actor with motion sensors on him to make the movement. -----Original Message----- From: hollywood [mailto:twgsdotorg{at}twgs.org] Sent: Friday, December 20, 2002 5:22 PM To: Brian Johnston Subject: [twgsdotorg] two towers they did add to the two towers......there was a dream added to it with liv tyler.....that is about the only diff i noticed......hope that doesn't ruin it for any one...and i still say it was better than the fellowship....fellow ship goes with the biuld up of characters....while the 2 towers is more about the quest....and frodo's hardship bearing the ring....it will reap plenty of awards...will see it again to after it has played awhile...so i can get better seats..movie quality wass good, but remember this movie was made 4 years ago......i think animation would be better today if it was done over again...but the animation still looks good...golom was great...i read where some of golom was animated but they let the main character play in it alot as he was great.... --- FEddy 1.4.03/modPHX* Origin: http://www.twgs.org -- THE Trade Wars web forum!
