Perhaps you are the one that needs to recheck your Infornation. I spent
some years back some time on the Navaho Reservation with a Social
services Worker and my "View" is Basiclly CORRECT.
Plus whne I was a Senior Volunteer I followed the progress of the
Sycaun Tribe in getting appeoved to have their Own Police Force.
